Weekly Earnings Overview
- Weekly pay typically ranges from $1,300 to $1,700.
- Top performing drivers consistently reach the higher end of the pay range.
- Mileage based compensation with additional performance incentives.
Pay Structure
- Mileage pay from $0.43 to $0.58 CPM based on verified experience.
- Performance bonus available up to $0.08 CPM.
- $300 orientation pay added to the first paycheck.
- Weekly direct deposit.
Freight Profile
- Reefer focused OTR freight with some dry van lanes.
- All freight is 100 percent no touch.
- Average weekly miles between 2,500 and 2,800.
Schedule and Time Off
- 21 days on the road followed by 3 to 4 full days at home.
- Truck can be taken home during scheduled time off.

- Late model Class A tractors.
- 24 7 dispatch and safety support.

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum age 21.
- At least 6 months of solo tractor trailer experience for direct placement.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- No recent DUI major accidents or drug related violations.
- SAP drivers not accepted.
