The Role
This Lead Inventory Associate is responsible for keeping track of inventory changes; restock items and maintain inventory levels and accurate records, directly contributing to efficient operations and supply chain integrity.
Responsibilities
- Master of Returns: Transform customer returns into positive experiences! You’ll manage the flow of all incoming products, ensuring credits are issued at lightning speed (within 48 hours) and keeping the process smooth and hassle-free.
- Discrepancy Detective: Team up with our sales crew to investigate and resolve any inventory mysteries! Your keen eye for detail will ensure every item is accounted for and every record is spotless.
- Logistics Liaison: Play air traffic controller for return shipments! You'll schedule vendor pickups and keep our outbound logistics running like a well-oiled machine.
- Inventory Auditor: Lead the charge on our inventory audits! You'll oversee and execute cycle counts, ensuring our stock accuracy is second to none and guaranteeing a seamless operation for the entire team.
- PIT Master: Operate a variety of Forklifts
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years warehouse experience
· Skilled with computer and inventory systems
· Knowledge of all warehouse processes and equipment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds manually or 100+ with two people or Forklift equipment
· Have at least 3+ years experience with at least 2 of the following forklifts: Stand up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift
