Job Title: Concrete Laborer – General Labor Location: Baytown, TX Schedule: Full-Time | Immediate Start 
Job Description: We are currently hiring Concrete Laborers for immediate work in Baytown, TX. This is a general labor position supporting concrete and site prep work. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-up </li>
<li>Use a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishing </li>
<li>Support concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handling </li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe job site </li>
<li>Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plus </li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions </li>
<li>Reliable transportation to job site </li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn </li>
<li>Prior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required</li>
