This contract position is based in Oxnard, CA, and requires candidates to be fully credentialed and prepared to start within 2-3 days of notification. Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 full years of experience as a school paraprofessional, behavioral technician (BT), registered behavior technician (RBT), or related role.
- Extensive hands-on experience in special education settings during the past two years.
- Willingness to work with any age group and caseload.
- Comfortable with toileting and diapering duties as needed.
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to adhere to strict sign-in/sign-out procedures for timesheet accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to students with special needs under the guidance of certified teachers.
- Implement behavior plans and instructional strategies tailored to individual student requirements.
- Manage daily routines, including toileting assistance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress through mandatory timesheet documentation.
