Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, and/or Commercial insurance policies
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty License (preferred or willingness to obtain we will help with study material cost)
- Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
