Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Wayne, PA
Assignment Type: Full-time, Minimum 2 months with potential extension
Compensation: $20 - $22 / Hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours (8–4 or 9–5)
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully On-Site (Parking available with ~$50/month fee)

An Addison Group client is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant!
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support for the Director, including scheduling, email triage, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate events such as Open House, research symposium, and departmental receptions (securing space, catering, communications, RSVPs, day-of execution).
• Manage procurement card statements, expense reports, and budget tracking for the Dean’s office.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for the Dean’s office.
• Organize and expedite work through the Dean’s office, ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries and student concerns.
• Support academic integrity processes, graduate fellowship programs, and other departmental initiatives.
• Provide general coverage and team support as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience in a professional office setting.
• Higher education or academic administration experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Banner/Oracle systems experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
