- Prepare and cook food to spec with consistency, speed, and quality
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep service flowing

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Able to follow recipes, prep lists, and direction
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler's Permit (or willing to obtain upon hire)
