Manufacturing Operator – Now Hiring
\nKelly Services Professional & Industrial is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, in Cornelia, Georgia.

\nShifts & Pay\n

    \n\t
  • 2nd Shift \n\t
  • 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM \n\t
  • Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.50/hour \n

\n
\nBonuses & Incentives\n\n

    \n\t
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 30 days) \n\t
  • $250 Retention Bonus (paid at 60 days) \n\t
  • $250 Retention Bonus (paid at 90 days) \n\t
  • $2,000 Conversion Bonus \n

\nConversion and sign-on bonuses are paid directly by Johnson & Johnson.

\nKey Responsibilities\n\n

    \n\t
  • Operate equipment used in manufacturing and assembly processes \n\t
  • Set up, run, monitor, clean, and shut down machines \n\t
  • Inspect parts and manage product disposition \n\t
  • Load and unload ovens; prepare chemical baths \n\t
  • Use computers for documentation and recordkeeping \n
