What You’ll Do

  • Deliver prompt, professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by providing thoughtful and personalized service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and equipment functionality
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and success


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of customer service or customer experience-related experience
  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
