About the Role

Responsibilities

<li>Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor, even during high call volumes</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Previous call center or customer service experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong phone communication and listening skills</li>
<li>Familiar with Google Workspace and CRM systems</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and patient</li>
