Primary Responsibilities:
- Uphold NewSpring and Fuse Missions, Pillars and Standards (MPS).
- Lead Fuse New Serve and new volunteer training. Once a volunteer is interviewed and background checked, they are responsible for making sure the potential volunteer is placed and trained appropriately.
- Build and lead Wednesday support teams
- VHQ, Check-in, Greeting, Snack-Bar, Community Groups, Parking
- Help oversee the execution and growth of the Fuse ministry at campus, which aims to help students have an everyday relationship with Jesus alongside the Fuse Director.
- Work with the Fuse Director to constantly improve the systems and culture of Fuse.
- Work with the Fuse Director to ensure the Fuse team executes the vision of Fuse, shepherding the flock, and reaches your city.
- Recruit and fill student spots for Gauntlet Summer Camp and oversee the entire recruiting, interviewing, and training process for group leaders.
- Work with the Fuse Director on all outreach projects.
- Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
- Actively connect Fuse students to the bigger picture of the church by attending on Sundays, participating in Connect Class, serving on a team, and prayer gatherings, etc.
- Identify and develop volunteers who have potential and gifting to lead in greater capacities at our campus.
Role Requirements:
- This role is full time 40 hours per week.
- This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:
- Sunday: 8am - church has left the building
- Monday: 9am - 5pm
- Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 9am - 9:30pm *Wednesday Night Fuse Gathering
- Thursday: 9am - 2pm
