Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00) Night 5x8-Hour (19:30 - 07:30)
Rotating schedule, weekdays, some weekends (every 3rd weekend). If working overnights, 7 nights on, 7 nights off.
Shifts times: Day shifts: 0630 – 1500, 0730 – 1600, 0900-1730, 1000 – 1830; Evening shifts: 1300-2130, 1430 – 2300;
Overnight shifts: 1930 – 0730, 2030 – 0730
MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL - FIRM
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders - required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing - preferred
1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred
Scrubs not provided; Professional dress or hunter green scrubs
EPIC charting experience required (FIRM)
