???? Outpatient PHP / IOP | Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorders
Renaissance Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.
What You'll Do
-
Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific) ????

Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans ????

Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed ⚖️

Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners ????

Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation ????

Participate in utilization reviews ????
What You Bring
-
Master's degree in a related field ????
-
Active BBS Associate number
-
ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)
-
Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems
-
Addiction treatment experience preferred
