We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will be the main point of contact between our office and the job-sites. You will be relaying info back to the project manager in office. All jobs are based in Santa Monica and West LA.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate all info to Main Office
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Please have your own vehicle ( Gas is paid for )
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
