Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid – Clifton, NJ Office (3 days/week) + Remote
Compensation: $90,000 base + up to $15,000 performance-based bonus
Reports To: VP of Marketing & Strategy

We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a high-performing, T-shaped marketer to take ownership of our social media strategy while contributing to broader growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

You're a T-shaped marketer—someone with a deep specialty in social media but a solid working knowledge of multiple marketing channels. You know how to tell a compelling story, drive measurable engagement, and adapt to what’s working. You're data-savvy, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where legal meets growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (Core Focus – 60%)

  • Develop, execute, and optimize content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Oversee content calendar and manage in-house/contract creators to produce compelling reels, shorts, and carousels

  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to turn complex legal topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content

  • Grow follower base, increase engagement, and improve conversion from organic social

  • Monitor trends and respond quickly with relevant, on-brand content

General Marketing Support (40%)

  • Assist with email campaign strategy, automation flows, and performance reporting

  • Support paid ad creative ideation (Meta/Google Ads) and A/B testingCollaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure social supports larger inbound strategy

  • Contribute to growth experiments across landing pages, webinars, referral programs, and CRM workflows

  • Analyze performance metrics and report on key KPIs for ongoing optimization

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of marketing experience, with a deep focus in social media strategy and execution

  • Proven track record of building and scaling social channels for a brand or agency

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills

  • Comfortable working in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot/ActiveCampaign or similar platforms

  • Highly organized, responsive, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Bonus if you have legal, healthcare, or financial services marketing experience
