About the Role:
The Electrical Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of Rev1 Electrical Services, including electrical engineering & design, installation, and testing, across targeted industrial and energy sectors. Working within the Rev1 Sales team, this role will play a critical part in achieving 2026 electrical services revenue goals by identifying new clients, securing major project opportunities, and expanding Rev1’s footprint across North America. The role can be based in Houston, TX, Metairie,LA, or Tampa, FL, with significant travel required to support client development, site visits, and project engagement. This role is compensated with a base salary plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Rev1 Electrical Services aligned with 2026 revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new electrical services opportunities across: power generation, oil & gas facilities, LNG plants, utilities, mining, data centers, renewables, and other large-scale industrial projects
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and major project opportunities.
- Position Rev1 as a trusted electrical services partner for complex, high-value projects.
Client Engagement & Market Outreach
- Design and execute outreach strategies to introduce Rev1 Electrical Services to new clients, owners, EPCs, and developers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, project sponsors, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Represent Rev1 at industry events, client meetings, and project reviews across the Gulf Coast region.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, testing, and commissioning teams to shape compelling value propositions.
Proposal & Deal Support
- Lead early-stage opportunity development, including scope definition, client qualification, and solution positioning.
- Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure accurate handoff of awarded projects to operations and delivery teams.
Internal Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the broader Rev1 Sales team to align electrical services opportunities with integrated service offerings.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform Rev1’s electrical growth strategy.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for expanding Rev1’s electrical services presence across targeted geographies.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within electrical, industrial, and energy services.
- Strong understanding of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning for industrial facilities.
- Demonstrated successful selling services to owners, EPC, and contractor-driven environments.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate technical capability into clear business value.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Gulf Coast region.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
