Responsibilities:
• Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about available banking services and products to clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Process cash handling activities in accordance with established guidelines.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and maintain detailed records.
• Generate and analyze reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to support banking operations.
• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional service to clients.
• Support data processing tasks to ensure smooth banking operations.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role.
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems such as ADP, Concur, and CRM platforms.
• Strong skills in cash handling and understanding of cash activity processes.
• Ability to work with reporting tools like Crystal Reports to generate and interpret data.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and answering inbound calls effectively.
• Knowledge of buying processes and banking product promotions.
• Familiarity with data processing and maintaining financial records.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
