Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to rental services through various communication methods including phone, email, and chat.

• Effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
• Keep updated on new rental policies, services, and industry developments to provide informed support.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain thorough records within the system.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing valuable insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or sales, especially within the rental or hospitality industry.
