Job DescriptionRegional VP ︳Financial Advisor Channel | MTN West, West Coast
The Regional VP at 401GO plays a key role in fueling retirement plan sales growth by partnering with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Broker Dealers,Wire House Reps and more. In this high-impact role, you’ll showcase our product solutions and those of our alliance partners, equip Financial Professionals with the tools and insights they need to win new business, and actively support prospecting efforts by joining sales calls and driving opportunities to close.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Relationship management expertise in growing and deepening existing advisor relationships
  • Finding new advisor opportunities
  • Educating Advisors around the growth opportunities in the retirement plan space (booth from plan design, pricing, and how best to go after the retirement space)
  • Doing demos of our app
  • Overview of 401GO as whole
  • Sharing our value proposition vs. the competition
  • Working closely with our Marketing team in order to add value to our new and existing advisor relationships
  • Sponsorship and speaking engagements on occasion


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in working with financial advisors and fee based advisors (RIA)
  • Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and focused on growth while building lasting relationships with a consultative approach.
  • System savvy: We want someone that can navigate new systems and learn quickly
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at the C-suite level and other key decision-makers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, manage conflict, and resolve issues that arise within the region.
  • Results-Oriented: To be considered for this position you must include examples of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Please be as descriptive as possible.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Financial and/or Retirement designations
  • Lives in specific territory
