What you’ll own

• Team leadership: supervise a crew on varied landscaping assignments.
• Project execution: turn landscape designs into precise, high-standard results.
• Coaching: train and mentor teammates in techniques and safety protocols.
• Daily operations: manage schedules, maintain equipment, and track inventory.
• Client care: communicate needs, set expectations, and provide top-tier service.
• Safety & compliance: enforce regulations and company policies.
• Delivery: monitor progress and recalibrate to hit deadlines.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcome.
• Proven landscaping experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Deep familiarity with plants, maintenance practices, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and lift heavy loads.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
