Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, you will:

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with behavioral challenges.

Provide one-on-one direct support to clients in various settings, including home and school environments.

Collect data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions.

Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behavior strategies at home.

Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to promote learning and development.
