Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to homeowners
- Document service work using company-provided mobile software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED
