Job DescriptionTemporary HR Consultant- Director
Overview: We are urgently seeking a flexible and adaptable Temporary HR Consultant to step in as interim Director of HR. This role requires someone who can handle a wide range of HR issues, including unemployment claims across multiple states, and provide support to our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve HR issues, ensuring compliance with IL law and other state regulations.

Handle unemployment claims across multiple states.

Provide support and guidance on employee questions and concerns.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of HR practices and state laws, particularly in Illinois and other states.

Experience in handling unemployment claims and resolving HR issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

Availability to work part-time or full-time as required.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
