Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery
Location: Watsonville, CA
Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $70 - $77/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for an exciting Contract opportunity in Watsonville, CA.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor laboring patients.
- Assist with deliveries and postpartum care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Educate patients and families.
- Collaborate with OB providers and neonatal teams.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License.
- Recent Labor & Delivery experience.
- Strong fetal monitoring and assessment skills.
Required Certifications
- BLS.
- ACLS.
- NRP (Preferred Based on Facility Requirements).
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 Weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week.
- Night Shift Availability Required.
