RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Part-time position with every other weekend (EOW) requirement
\n• Must have willingness to float to other campus ICU units (Bucyrus & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours
\n• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers
\n• Minimum 2 years of recent/consecutive ICU experience in hospital/acute care setting required
\n• Must make up all missed shifts and find coverage if scheduled to work during requested time off
\n• If placed on-call, must return to facility within 1 hour when called
\n• Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days, no major holidays accepted
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Knowledge of medication scanning required
\n• Epic experience preferred
\n• Typical staffing ratios are 3:1
\n• Skills required: Management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning, and isolation precautions/PPE
\n• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules pre-start through HealthStream
\n• Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
\n• Smoke-free facility and campus
\n• Must provide two recent supervisory references
