We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements and Skills:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in handling client communications via multiple channels
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English required
- Proficient in basic office computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
