Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will serve as the face of the organization at conferences, panels, and networking events. This is a high-energy, execution-driven role for someone who thrives on building relationships, hosting impactful gatherings, and converting interactions into qualified opportunities.
You’ll represent the organization at industry events, host side gatherings, and operate as a trusted advisor — all while ensuring seamless follow-up into our sales pipeline. This role demands confidence, resilience, and an intrapreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conference & Event Representation

- Track and report on event ROI, including conversion from conversations to opportunities.

- History of converting networking into tangible sales outcomes.
- Comfort with travel and independent execution of event strategies.
