The Operations Manager oversees district operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role works closely with Operations, Sales, BO&D, and QHSE teams and reports to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service and production personnel (hiring, scheduling, performance, discipline)
- Oversee field and facility operations, inventory, and equipment readiness
- Review and approve payroll, invoices, and operational documentation
- Monitor and control operational expenses
- Support capital expenditure planning and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with QMS and HSE programs and maintain a safe work environment
- Lead safety initiatives, including pre-job meetings and Stop Work Authority
Requirements:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations experience (oil & gas service preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure
- Working knowledge of field, mechanical, and administrative operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and field environments, including standing, walking, lifting, and occasional climbing.
