Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Lead Administrative Assistant to anchor our fast-paced insurance office. You will greet policyholders, manage daily office workflows, order supplies, and coordinate schedules while guiding other support staff to deliver the standard of a good neighbor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and route customer inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Process routine policy changes, service requests, and billing inquiries
  • Maintain client files, records, and confidential customer information securely
  • Manage office calendars, appointments, and meeting preparations for the agent and sales team
  • Handle daily office logistics, including mail sorting, inventory tracking, and ordering supplies
  • Supervise, train, and support junior or part-time administrative staff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college background or administrative certification preferred
  • 3+ years of proven office administration, reception, or customer service experience (insurance industry experience is a strong plus)
  • Proficient with computers, MS Office, and digital filing systems
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly (preferred for career growth)
