Paragon Industries LP is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to help us simplify, standardize, and elevate the way we build our world-class kilns and ovens.
?? Key Responsibilities

Create, revise, and maintain accurate CAD drawings for Paragon products.

Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Manufacturing Routings in our ERP system (Global Shop Solutions).

Audit and standardize top-level assemblies to reduce redundancy and eliminate errors.

Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and implement associated BOM, routing, and drawing updates.

Work with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Purchasing to ensure manufacturing documentation is aligned and efficient.

Support the ongoing transition to standardized processes across product families.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on performance, cost, and quality.
? Accountability
You will be accountable for the accuracy and clarity of the product data that powers Paragon’s operations. Your work directly supports production performance, planning efficiency, purchasing accuracy, and overall product quality.
?? Requirements

Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD required; SolidWorks is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions preferred).

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specs.

Meticulous attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
? Preferred Experience

Prior work in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments.

Familiarity with kilns, ovens, or industrial heating equipment is a strong plus.

Understanding of Lean principles or EOS practices is helpful.
