This position is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, lease-related financial activities, and fixed asset accounting while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Pay Rate: $25.61 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor accounting and lease-related mailboxes and respond to inquiries or take appropriate action.
- Prepare monthly journal entries related to lease billing activities.
- Perform fixed asset accounting functions, including tracking and reconciliation.
- Assist with accounting projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external business partners.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze and manage financial information.
- Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting, lease accounting, or fixed asset accounting.
- Experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end close activities.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting processes.
