Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school in Rossville, GA, starting ASAP through May 22, 2026. This role supports a Pre-K and Kindergarten Special Education inclusion classroom with approximately six students in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to Pre-K and Kindergarten students with diverse learning needs in an inclusion classroom
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's learning goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and needs
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Special Education Educator Certification with Adapted Endorsement required
- Experience working with early childhood special education students preferred
- Strong ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage a small caseload of special education students
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
