Job DescriptionFour Stars Nissan is looking for a Desk Manager to help lead us to the next level.
The Opportunity-Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000+-Low turnover across our sales teams-Aggressive, fair pay plans-Award-winning culture and reputation-A store with momentum — not one needing to be “fixed”
Who We’re Looking ForThis role is not for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk.We’re looking for a servant leader with:Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable)Urgency and drive — in the office early every day with a planComfort making 50–60 calls a day personallyWillingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close dealsAbility to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activityA proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and executionNissan experience is a big plus, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.
