SCAPES LANDSCAPE

Projects Supervisor –

Primary liaison between office and field; maintain up-to-date progress intel regarding each job; able to oversee and coordinate labor/irrigation install or maintenance periods as needed. This is a boots on the ground and office time job. Identify need for change orders and document to both owner and estimator.

Skills required:

· Project Management: Supervising all stages of landscape construction, from planning to execution.

· Team Leadership: Managing construction crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship.

· Budget & Scheduling: Estimating costs, preparing budgets, and keeping projects on track.

· Client & Contractor Coordination: Communicating with clients, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.

· Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and resolving any on-site issues.

· Material & Equipment Management: Ordering and overseeing the use of materials, plants, and equipment.

Requirements: Basic Spanish. Solid background in Construction, have basic construction skills and knowledge if the use of basic tools. Grading, carpentry, concrete, irrigation and minor electrical are required. Some plant knowledge is helpful.

We will only seriously consider someone with a minimum of 5 years commercial construction work experience involving some management. You must have a good driving record as we need a DMV printout for driving.
