About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for two exciting properties.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on building local partnerships, closing deals, and identifying long-term business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in increasing occupancy, securing corporate accounts, and positioning both hotels as top choices in the market.


What You’ll Do

  • Actively prospect and secure corporate accounts, group business, and extended stay opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with local businesses, hospitals, universities, contractors, and relocation companies
  • Drive long-term stays (30+ nights) for the extended stay property
  • Increase transient and short-term bookings for the select-service hotel
  • Conduct sales calls, site tours, and client presentations
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and preferred agreements
  • Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Track sales activities, manage account pipelines, and report on performance
  • Represent the hotels at networking events and within the local community
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience (extended stay or select-service preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong local market knowledge and networking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience with hotel sales systems/CRMs is a plus
