Position Summary:
We are hiring a full-time EIDBI Behavior Technician to provide in-home services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The Behavior Technician will work directly with clients in their home environment and help implement individualized treatment plans developed by the clinical team. This role focuses on building communication, social, behavior, play, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies.

We are looking for someone with ABA experience who is also a Certified Nursing Assistant, or someone who has a strong background in the medical field. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, professional, and able to build positive relationships with children and families in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one in-home EIDBI services to children and adolescents.
Implement treatment goals, behavior support plans, and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection.
Teach communication, self-help, social, play, and adaptive living skills.
Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
Complete detailed and timely session notes.
Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and team members.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured therapy environment in the home.
Support families by following treatment recommendations and maintaining consistency during sessions.
Attend required trainings, supervision meetings, and team meetings.
Follow all HIPAA, EIDBI, company, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, or a related field.
Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred, or medical field background required.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in family homes while following supervision and treatment plans.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to client homes.
Ability to pass required background studies and employment screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
Previous experience providing in-home services.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
Experience with data collection and progress documentation.
Experience working with diverse families and home-based services.
