Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Employ critical thinking to assess and address patient needs effectively.
• Keep precise patient records and documentation.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN License in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg/Telemetry environment.
