Job Title: Registered Nurse – House Supervisor
Location: Ganado, AZ
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36/48 Hours Guaranteed
Pay: $61/hr - $69/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – House Supervisor for an exciting Contract job in Ganado, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee hospital operations during night shifts.

• Coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges, and staffing assignments.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, escalations, and critical incidents.

• Support clinical teams in high-acuity and time-sensitive situations.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex situations.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

• Experience in Med Tele or acute care hospital settings.

• Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and hospital operations.

• Ability to lead effectively in high-acuity environments.
