Job Title: Staffing Supervisor
Compensation: $25 – $28 DOE
Benefits: Full Benefits Package
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly organized, compassionate Staffing Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery. You’ll coordinate schedules, support field staff, resolve issues quickly, and build positive relationships with clients and caregivers. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Coordination:
- Create and manage client and field staff schedules
- Coordinate care needs with families and clinical teams
- Handle changes, last-minute needs, and emergencies efficiently
Field Staff Support:
- Maintain staff records, certifications, and availability
- Provide ongoing support and foster a positive team environment
Client Relations:
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families
- Serve as the primary point of contact for concerns and service requests
- Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure satisfaction
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, staff info, and changes
- Prepare reports on availability, hours worked, and client satisfaction
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure care delivery meets agency standards
- Participate in initiatives to improve processes and service quality
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Care Managers, Nursing, HR, and admin teams
- Communicate clearly to support seamless care transitions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in scheduling—healthcare or home care strongly required
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Compassion for those receiving home care services
- Must work on-site Friday–Monday
