A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician specializing in home infusion services. This contract role offers a 13-week placement designed for professionals experienced in pharmacy operations and sterile compounding. The position requires dedication and accuracy in preparing IV admixtures within a home infusion environment.
Location:
- Middletown, OH
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sterile IV admixtures and compounds following strict compliance guidelines.
- Accurately fill prescriptions and manage medication inventory.
- Support daily pharmacy operations in a home infusion setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterile compounding area.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician license.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience is essential.
- Experience in sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation is preferred.
- PTCB certification is an advantage.
