We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to help us maintain accurate inventory and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
This role is responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts, full inventory, pulling and staging pick tickets, receiving and recording inventory movements and supporting the overall efficiency and cleanliness of our warehouse operations. This includes loading and offloading of product deliveries, pulling inventory for job staging and service tickets. Verify accuracy of incoming inventory counts, notify of any discrepancies, receive inventory in operating system and stock shelves. This position will work and communicate with all departments, including service, construction, sales, purchasing and accounting. This is not an a/c or heated warehouse but many bay doors and 20' overhead fans.
KEY RESULTS AREA(S):
The main responsibilities of this position include meeting inventory accuracy goals, process requests timely and accurately, communicate and document inventory movements and maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management: Receive, Pull, Stock, Transfer, Record managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise inventory records.
- Receiving: Receive, Label, Stock incoming shipments. Notify proper department by documenting.
- Shipping: Pull, Pack, Label, Properly Secure Load on trailer if necessary any outgoing shipments, updating status.
- Process Pick Tickets timely, completing any necessary transfers in ServiceTitan. Communicate to requester.
- Notify corresponding department on received or pulled requests. Document movement in appropriate program.
- Data Entry: Update inventory records in ServiceTitan.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming / outgoing / inventory items for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report to manager.
- Warehouse Appearance & Safety: Maintain an organized, clean / safe warehouse. Use Ride-On Floor Scrubber to maintain floors.
- Perform Full cycle Inventory
- Clean driving record for occasional inventory run.
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. ability to reach, kneel, stoop, crouch and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such Forklift, Scissor Lift and Ride-On Floor Scrubber.
Preferred Skills
