Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday Off (Overtime as Needed)
Picture this: it’s 6:55 AM and you’re setting the tone for the crew—reviewing the plan, confirming materials are staged, and heading out to deliver a flawless awning or shade install. By afternoon, you’re the on-site pro customers trust, the person who keeps safety tight and the timeline moving. The next day, you’re back in the shop, fabricating and prepping frames so the next project runs even smoother. If you like splitting your week between hands-on field work and meticulous shop prep—and you’re ready to grow into a larger leadership path—this role is for you.
How You’ll Make an Impact On the Jobsite
- Lead and assist with awning and shade installations at residential and commercial locations
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each project
- Act as the on-site point of contact for customers and represent the company professionally
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work area
- Operate power tools and installation equipment to complete work efficiently
In the Shop
- Assist with assembly, fabrication, and preparation of awning and shade products
- Install and fit fabric onto frames to create finished products
- Package, stage, and load materials for upcoming installs
- Collaborate with shop and field teams to meet deadlines
Your Background Required
- 2+ years in construction, installation, or similar hands-on work
- Comfortable with power tools and measuring devices
- Strong mechanical aptitude and accurate tape-measure reading
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Leadership potential and the desire to advance

Physical & License Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Comfortable on ladders and aerial lifts
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the day
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to operate company vehicles
Compensation & Growth
- $25.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience
