Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the food service area, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, lead, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service
- Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with your team to maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in food service management or hospitality (Preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification is a plus)
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends if needed
- Must be 18 years or older
