Our organization is actively looking for provisionally licensed professionals aiming for Virginia Licensure as an LCSW in Williamsburg, VA, to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions.

Role Responsibilities
We are seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to our extensive client base. You may be an ideal candidate for this position if you meet the following criteria:

Board-approved as an LMSW.

Currently pursuing independent licensure and residing in Virginia.

Located within a 45-minute commute to the office. Must be able to work in-office during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote) thereafter.

Graduated from an accredited 60-credit hour program.

Possess graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling environment, specifically treating depression and anxiety.

Experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) in accordance with the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of client availability weekly.

A behavioral health generalist willing to work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Proficient in utilizing modern clinical technologies, including telehealth and EHR systems.

A collaborative team player — we are building a supportive clinical community and value positive contributions.
Compensation
Compensation can reach up to $53,300, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and additional employer-sponsored benefits.
Support and Resources
We take care of administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what you excel at: providing outstanding care. This includes managing credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training to help you get started. You will be able to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling options available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
