The Client Care Specialist will support our awesome team of Purchasing Managers by investigating and resolving issues with client and suppliers daily. Everyone here is a team player, which is why we are looking for folks who are comfortable working between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. You would be scheduled for 8-hour shifts.
This is a fully remote opportunity based in the United States. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay.
A typical day in the life of a Client Care Specialist:

Confirm dispatched purchase orders with suppliers.

Communicate any purchase order status updates with the client.

Create, develop, and maintain daily client purchase order files.

Respond to requests concerning shipments in a timely manner.

Anticipate problem transactions and collaborate with the customer to come to a solution together.

Perform research on any missed/late purchase order deliveries to ensure items are delivered on time.
The skills you’ll contribute to our diverse team:

High school diploma.

Enjoy solving complex problems through working independently or collaborating with your team.

Comfortable being in a call-center environment (it’s not as fast-paced as a call center role, but you will be on the phone and answering emails consistently throughout the day).

Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.

The pay range for this position is $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
