Job Description:
As Founding Launch Lead, you'll spearhead the launch and growth of an innovative AI talent platform in San Francisco. Your mission is to build category-defining traction, establishing a vast candidate base and onboarding hundreds of companies. This 0-to-1 role drives liquidity, revenue, and brand presence in the world's most important tech market, creating the playbook for future expansion.

What you will do:

Host events, build community, and infiltrate the SF tech ecosystem to establish brand presence

Pitch founders, navigate objections, and secure flagship US customers as the first Account Executive

White-glove onboard early customers, ensure successful hires, and provide first-line support
The ideal candidate:

An ex-founder, early GTM leader, networked talent leader, or ex-VC with a deep understanding of the SF market
