Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Line Cook for a growing medical facility. This is a long term contract role. Qualified candidates must be available to work holidays and weekend. Shift starts 7AM or 5:30AM
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and receiving deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
