Universal Healthcare & Serenity Pathways is seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) to deliver high-quality behavioral health services under clinical supervision. This position supports clients through assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic and skill-building interventions, crisis support, and care coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
We are looking for a clinician who is already actively practicing, carries a current caseload, and is comfortable working within an electronic health record systemspecifically InSync.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services under approved supervision in accordance with state licensing requirements, agency policies, and program standards.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, risk screenings, and ongoing reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment and service plans with measurable goals, clinical interventions, and clear timelines for progress.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy, counseling, and skill-building services based on program scope and state regulations.
- Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and appropriate referrals when needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, hospitals, schools, and community-based resources.
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, staff trainings, and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, ethical standards, and payer documentation guidelines.
- Manage and maintain an active caseload while providing consistent, high-quality client care.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LGSW license in the state of practice, in good standing.
- Must currently carry an active caseload and have direct client service experience.
- Experience using InSync EHR/EMR for clinical documentation, treatment planning, and case management.
- Ability to provide services within supervision and scope-of-practice requirements.
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient mental health, school-based, community-based, or substance use treatment settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
