Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification relevant to SLP roles in school settings
  • Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Passion for fostering positive student outcomes in diverse educational communities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group formats as needed
  • Participate in the IEP process, contributing expertise to student goals and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and legal requirements
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs across the school community
