We are seeking a Project Manager who embodies both technical command and emotional intelligence, someone who can lead complex, high-budget projects with confidence, composure, and care.
What You'll Lead & Own
This role is a cornerstone of our Production team and reports directly to the Production Manager. You'll take full ownership of projects from pre-construction to final handoff, serving as the key operational leader on site.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle construction operations for high-end residential projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Direct daily coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal field staff to keep work progressing smoothly and safely.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation using Procore (including budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and consultants, ensuring proactive, transparent, and empathetic communication.
- Host regular site meetings, perform QA walkthroughs, and uphold standards of excellence in every detail.
- Proactively identify risks, forecast resource needs, and resolve issues with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience in a Project Management role; experience in high-end or custom homes strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); experience with Gantt charts and project tracking tools.
- Proven success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client expectations.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects and maintain composure under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across McLean, Arlington, and Alexandria.
